Where does Constance Guisset live?

Constance Guisset Studio

Constance Guisset collaborates for the first time with Monoprix. Accessories, tableware, linens ... The designer has devised a delicate and joyful collection dedicated to the art of living. It will be on sale, exclusively, in some stores of the sign from April 19, 2017. To make you wait Constance Guisset has agreed to open the doors of its spaces to live and work.

When she's not in her apartment, Constance Guisset is in his studio of creation, located in the 18th district of Paris, in the Goutte d'Or. Since 2010, this is where the designer works. It's a "big space with a canopy, bathing the space in the light, I like the light to go through it and it's a big space with nooks, it's also an island of calm in a living neighborhood. The entrance on the ground floor overlooks the street, allowing us to accommodate deliveries, while the office and the model workshop are isolated, quiet, "she says.

Constance Guisset never stops imagining and creating. His Studio collaborates with many French and foreign furniture publishers as Little Frying (The Vertigo suspension is her!), Mustache, Tectona, Nature & Discoveries, Molteni ... And for the first time, she becomes "star designer" for Monoprix. While waiting for this collection devoted to the world of the house to arrive on the shelves of the brand (April 19, 2017), Constance Guisset opens the doors of his interiors: work and life.

Why this collaboration with Monoprix?

Constance Guisset: Working with Monoprix means committing to making everyday objects accessible everywhere and for everyone. It is a beautiful specification. It was also an opportunity to make a happy collection, which goes well to its ephemeral nature.

How do you manage to renew yourself constantly while keeping your signature?

Constance Guisset: It's all the job of the creator! Inspiration is everywhere, nourishes the imagination and continues to make creations live.

Why did you focus on the art of the table?

Constance Guisset: The collection comes in many ways: small tables, lamps, mirrors, shopping cart, doormat, notebooks ... All this is added a collection of tableware because it corresponds well to the reality of the distribution of Monoprix: small objects that can be carried home by shopping. Moreover, this collection is joyous and convivial, which corresponds well to the arts of the table.
